支票 Cheque 抬頭請填寫: 「神召事工有限公司」，並請於支票背頁註明指定奉獻予「神召會百周年慶典」。 All cheques should be made payable to: "ECCLESIA MINISTRIES LIMITED" (Please state as Designated Offering to AG Centennial Celebration at the back of cheque.) 請下載並填妥右列之表格，連同支票，郵寄至神召事工有限公司──香港屯門屯富路22號（陳先生收）。 Please download and fill in the form with the cheque post to ECCLESIA MINISTRIES LIMITED, 22 Tuen Fu Road, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, Attention: Mr. Chan. 奉獻HK$100或以上者，「神召事工」將發出可申請豁免稅款之收據。 Receipts are issued for donations of HK$100 or above by Ecclesia Ministries Ltd. 如有查詢，請致電2691 1481（陳先生） For inquiries, please call 2691-1481 (Mr. Chan) ＊是次活動所籌得的金額，將交由「神召事工」代辦。 ＊All raised amount will be handled by ECCLESIA MINISTRIES LIMITED. |
